Yes, we offer a up to 6-month warranty on all of our products. If you experience any defects within the first 6-month of ownership, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.

To ensure your jewelry maintains its best appearance, we recommend storing it in a cool, dry location, away from direct sunlight and moisture. It is advisable to avoid wearing your jewelry while swimming, showering, or when applying lotions and perfumes, as these substances may harm the jewelry's finish. For cleaning, use a soft, dry cloth. Alternatively, for a comprehensive cleaning, feel free to bring your jewelry to us.

How do I find out when you release new rings?

We actively announce each upcoming release on our Instagram. Additionally, we frequently share updates and behind-the-scenes glimpses on our Story. Stay tuned and keep an eye on our Instagram to not miss out

How long will it take before I receive my order?

Typically, our order processing time spans 7-10 days, after which your order is dispatched via Posten or DHL. This entails a total turnaround time of 10-18 days for domestic orders and 14-32 days for international orders.
